The publisher of the photography book, SIEGENIA-AUBI, would like to use the top six selected panorama photographs, for which prize money was awarded, for corporate design/corporate publishing and marketing purposes, e.g. at trade fairs, for the period of two years. In order to be able to do so, each participant needed to express his/her potential willingness to grant such rights of usage in the event of winning one of the prizes on the registration form. All the other 44 selected panoramas will only be published in the photography book. The panoramas will only be published together with the photographer's name.

Non-selected photographs will not be used for any other purpose. There will be no sub-licensing nor re-selling of pictures.

By submitting their photographs, participants must not infringe on any third-party rights and must own all the rights pertaining to their picture(s).
