The family-owned company established in Siegen, Germany, in 1914, used to employ roughly 1,200 people and had subsidiaries in all key foreign markets. With its strategic focus on "systematic ventilation", SIEGENIA was a trademark for reliable quality and breakthrough innovation in hardware and ventilation technology.
Parallel to SIEGENIA, AUBI had established a solid market position in the development of customer-specific system solutions through strategic cooperation with selected key accounts. In 1998, SIEGENIA acquired the company, which has a long tradition dating back nearly 130 years and was employing 500 people at the time. Since then, AUBI based in Hermeskeil, Germany, has been operating as an independent subsidiary of SIEGENIA.
